Sideburn

Sideburn is a regional burn event that takes place in Ontario, Canada, within the Canadian Shield. The event follows the 10 Principles of Burning Man, which is a set of guidelines and values that emphasize community, self-expression, and self-reliance. However, the event also incorporates Canadian culture and traditions, which makes it a unique gathering.

Obscuras Imaginarium theme camp will be participating in Sideburn 2023. The camp promises to offer a variety of creative and fun experiences and performances for attendees to enjoy both during the day and at night. We will serve popcorn and drinks, so attendees are encouraged to bring their own cup or bowl. In the evenings, we will showcase classic silent films in the Cinematorium, creating a great ambiance for attendees to enjoy different themed events and dance to all forms of house music.

Obscuras Imaginarium will also have two special drinks on offer, one to share with all attendees and one that can only be obtained by solving puzzles. This adds an element of mystery and challenge to the event, encouraging attendees to engage and interact with each other. Overall, the event promises to be a unique and exciting experience that combines Burning Man principles with Canadian culture and traditions.
